Stoney Point Practice Session Short Notice

Should have cooled off by Sun. Time for another practice session before those skills rust out. This is a practice session, not a class.  We can practice anything from basics to rescues BUT it is practice.  I've got a new rappel device I want to dial in and I'd like to work on methods for difficult starts. I'll bring some 9mm and 8mm rope. If you have rope please bring it.  Required equipment includes a helmet, harness, safety tether, rappel device, some 5 or 6mm cord to tie a prusik and a couple of locking carabiners.  Also 2 qt of water and snack.  We'll probably go until 2-3 or when everyone has had enough.  Look forward to seeing you.

Thanks to everyone for coming out. I liked the location so we could get some longer rappels.

Hi Bob, 9PM?! That's perfect timing for night owls like me, but thought you might mean 9AM instead. Will try to be there.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
