ACM OC Chapter Organizing Committee Meeting

We'll be meeting in the Pirates Cove conference room. Feel free to bring your own lunch.

Agenda:

1. An Executive Officer quorum is necessary to approve a new Vice Chair. All Executive Officers must attend.

2. We will focus on the requirements to form the infrastructure necessary to organize and promote the upcoming September 9th talk at the UCI Institute for Innovation, and to support future regular presentations.

3. Other speakers and ACM-OC activities will be discussed.

4. Tour of the UCI Institute for Innovation facility where our upcoming meetings will be held.
