Who: You! And a list of presenters to be posted here soon.
An intensive drupal retreat where you will learn how to build and tweak a drupal site from scratch.
We're going to build a drupal site collectively from the ground up in the morning, from picking a domain name to building a subtheme and adding modules and launching it.
Then in the afternoon, the keynote session will be Chad Cumba with emPowered Software. emPowered Software helps promote the Drupal open source project through community outreach, developer insight, and module reviews. They look to build a living, breathing community of experts to provide the best in Drupal consulting, development resources, and up-to-date information. Join in the discussion, submit modules for review, and post your comments as we work to make Drupal the best it can be.
After the Event: We will meet up at the "Twestival", and event held at a location to be determined.
Tom McCracken, head of Level10, will be our Retreat leadoff speaker. The Wayne McDilda will lead off in the afternoon with System Administration.
Here are a few topics he has talked about in the past and has presentations for:
· Agile Drupal Site Engineering
