Unchartered Territory: Navigating A Path To Enterprise Business Agility

Target is a U.S. retailer with over 350,000+ team members distributed between U.S. and India. Early in its journey, Target found success in accelerating agile adoption with IT and Business teams via the Target Dojo, but now a small group has its eye on Enterprise Business Agility. While charting a course towards Enterprise Business Agility has proven to be a journey in and of itself; the group is leveraging a number of learnings and adjustments to forge the way.

Travis Klinker, Director of Agile & Engineer Enablement, and Ross Libby, Lead Agile Coach; will share stories behind the journey and outline their approach to tackling the elusive endeavor of achieving Enterprise Business Agility at a large corporation.
