We are PALS (people with ALS), their friends and family members, united by our belief that we must do everything in our power to accelerate the realization of a cure. Our mission is to expedite access to promising investigational drugs for the current generation of PALS through the FDA's Accelerated Approval Program (AAP) and other pathways, and to speed up ALS drug development by promoting improved alternative and humane designs for clinical trials.

This next rally will be even bigger and better with your help! Our immediate goal is to continue pressuring the FDA to IMPLEMENT their own "Accelerated Approval Program" (AAP) for ALS patients - starting with the existing FDA application for GM604 - possibly the first ALS drug in twenty years to meet the criteria for AAP.

After the rally we will walk as a group to the U.S. Capitol (1.5 miles). Please schedule your own meetings with your congressional representatives, and/or Senators on the H.E.L.P. Committee and Members of Congress involved with the 21st Century Cures legislation before and/or after the rally.
