Eating & Spiritual Energy
Obviously we eat for physical reasons - to feed our muscles and bones for stamina and strength. Have you thought about what you eat to support your emotional energy? your spiritual energy? your meta-physical energy? (and on these levels our nourishment isn't clearly not limited to food).
Have you found how to eat to support your energy patterns each day... wet days, cold days, hot days, stressful days, vacation days, child/parent/grandparent days, service to other days, work days, on-call days...What about coffee, a pick-up or more for calming down? How about milk - warm, cold, vegan, or don't like it at all, helps with digestion, helps with sleep?
Do you have a system of eating that nourishes you best?
Why do you eat? You're hungry, bored, thinking, emoting, watching scary movie, you don't eat.
Perhaps but to sustain life, you wouldn't eat at all because eating is just a distraction that consumes too much precious energy on a lower level.
I EAT Therefore I AM, and I AM on so many levels.
