A group to rest, relax and share moments of conviviality. Activities take place mainly in Paris. A meetup to go deeper into Yoga and studying yogic scriptures with an experienced and graduate teacher (Ecole Française de Yoga, quality label OPQF-ISQ, Mandala Yoga ashram diploma accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga). The aim of this meetup is to spread yogic techniques and values. Many workshops are scheduled combining practice and theory. The Yoga I teach is a synthesis of Nil Haoutoff and Satyananda methods.

La plupart des activités se déroulent à Paris. Groupe voué à l'approfondissement du Yoga et à l'étude des textes du Yoga avec une enseignante expérimentée et diplômée (Ecole Française de Yoga, label qualité OPQF-ISQ et Mandala Yoga Ashram dont le diplôme est reconnu par la British Wheel of Yoga).
