API Dublin are very excited to announce the details of our next event.

Both Twilio (http://www.twilio.com/) and Wolfram (http://www.wolfram.com/) have agreed to travel to Ireland and provide in-depth presentations in their relative fields. This is an event not to be missed.

Twilio

Speaker: Paul Hallett is a Developer Evangelist at Twilio. He’s obsessed with Python & Django web applications and loves building REST Web APIs too.

Topic: APIs are dramatically changing the way we develop web applications. In this talk Paul explains the basics of an API, demonstrates the speed with which they can be integrated, and speculates on the future of web application development.

Wolfram

Speaker: Anthony Zupnik. Anthony is a part of the technical team of Wolfram Research (the makers of Wolfram|Alpha and Mathematica). He is mad about API’s, quantum computation and programming and has experience developing with languages such as VB.NET (http://vb.net/), C#, and SQL.
