The Agile Project Leadership Network is a national organization dedicated to making people great leaders by focusing on:
* Value - increasing return on investment
* Customers - reliable results through frequent interaction
* Teams - group accountability and shared responsibility
* Individuals - the ultimate source of value, creativity, and innovation
* Context - improving effectiveness based on the situation
* Uncertainty - expecting it and managing for it
(These ideas are described further in the PM Declaration of Interdependence at http://www.pmdoi.org )

The APLN Chicago chapter is focused on creating a local, professional network of individuals who are either actively participating in Agile leadership, or interested in bringing more Agile practices into your organization.

Through a combination of formal presentation and active participation, APLN Chicago meetings will provide an invaluable opportunity to expand your knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
