Thanks for visiting ATAC!
ATAC is the Amsterdam Triathlon and Cycling club. Our objective is to promote, develop and foster the sports of triathlon, swimming, cycling, and running. ATAC is a volunteer-led organization and requires a membership fee of €30 per calendar year. Click here for more information about how to join ATAC.

Dear ATAC members,
The sessions will either be directed by our coach Luziano.
We encourage you to buy the full set. Single sessions are available on the webshop as well.
Lanes will be divided by swim capability and levels. Note: free style skill and the ability to swim 250 meter non-stop is required.- We recommend that you bring your swim toys (buoy, paddles, fins, snorkel) if you have them as they may be used for some sessions.
- These sessions are not coached, but we have the whole pool for ourselves!
- Only 40 spots are available!

Kings day morning 35K loop. Beginner-Social level is welcomed.
Social Ride so nobody gets left behind. Quick to go and enjoy the day afterwards!

Rules:
- social ride, average speed >= 25-28km/h
- Single file over the bridges as it is difficult to see the way ahead
- Helmets are mandatory
- Riding on aero bars is prohibited while riding in the group.
- If there are more than 8 people joining, we split into smaller groups
- No speeding in built up areas
- Wear your ATAC kit if you have one
