Meditation for Human Integration

Meditation simply means to think about one thing continuously. We have all done it many times. However, that is the most basic definition.

To overcome the stress and anxiety of our daily life and calm our mind, which is thinking all the time, we need to address the root cause. From the moment we are born into the world everything that we perceive with our senses leaves impressions on us. So, our whole life is spent accumulating more and more impressions. The "I" in us is always associating with these impressions which forms our idea of who we are. My impressions are different from yours and that's why we are individuals. It's easy to understand.

The difficulty is that these impressions create many patterns, patterns of thinking and patterns that govern how we act and react. Our mind has become hyperactive as a result of the impressions pulling us one way or another. We have to find a way to remove the impressions and by doing so we can experience our original pure simple state of being.

This science and art has been practiced for thousands of years but until the past century was not very well known. Meditation is not a religion though some religions also practice it. It is a spiritual practice - returning to the soul or spirit of the individual and enabling a person to become centered and balanced and thereby more effective in all aspects of life.

One of our founders said, "Spirituality cannot be sold." We offer this teaching free of charge. Our group has been established in the Cleveland area since 1972 and we are a registered non-profit organization. We are also a member - NGO (Non-Governmental Agency) of the United Nations.

We look forward to being of service!
