High Country Outfitters is stoked to bring The 4th Annual Stand Up for the Hooch SUP Race back to Atlanta on July 12th, 2015. With over 300 participants in 2014, this year's event is looking to be the largest SUP race in Georgia!

New for 2015, $1,000 Cash Purse up for grabs! Prize categories are Men's 14' Elite and Women's 12'6 Elite races

Stand Up for the Hooch is located at "The High Country Paddle Shack" in Sandy Springs, on the beautiful Chattahooochee River. 200 Morgan Falls Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30350

With a 2 mile short course, and a 6 mile elite course, Stand Up for the Hooch is an ideal race for beginners and experts alike. Kid's race will follow the 6 mile race (min. age 6 max 12; sign up Sunday morning at Check-in).

The race course is located just upstream of the Morgan Falls Dam, making it a flat water course, with a water start and water finish. Please know conditions can change based on weather and dam releases. Spectators will love the visually exciting courses.

No board? No problem! High Country is offering board rentals at a discounted rate for participants. Board drop off and pick up at the start/finish line! Rec boards and race boards from YOLO, Naish, BARK, Bote and Bic available! Reserve now to ensure availability for specific sizes/models.
