Denise and Karel are back from their honeymoon - thanks to Wysh and others that hosted our jam while we were traveling around the world!

We missed playing in Colorado - please come and join the jam!

With so many people, I was glad to have a vocal mic. Later, when we plugged in a few instruments, the sound was nicely balanced, it was easier to follow whoever was leading the song, and it was not too loud at all. The jam was really fun, and I could hear everyone clearly. As long as we keep the volume down, I like plugging in. What do other people think?

I was going to respond to Karel's email about this, I vote for mics. I think I've been pushing my voice too hard, trying to "belt" too much. Or it could just be me being a bonehead deliberately trying to push my voice too hard... :)

How nice to be able to play with such great people, and great players.
