I run better / faster with a group

What are your fitness goals for the next year? (e.g. - Run 3 miles without stopping)

1/2 Iron Man in Galveston.

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

Not much.

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)

A natural endurance athlete.....with a belly.


Looking forward to run with a fun group. I've done a couple triathlon... but not much lately.
