Just keeping me in an environment of like minded people with similar goals.

Run 3 miles without stopping, that was actually it. And lift 150lbs.

What does your current fitness routine consist of? (e.g.-gym, walking, jogging, running, cycling, crossfit, swimming or out-of-shape)

Intensive running, high energy weight training, and karate.

How would you define yourself as an athlete? (e.g.- beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc)
