We offer personal training programs of 60 and 30 minutes in length, which are tailored to meet specific individual fitness needs. The 60 minute program provides a holistic workout regimen, targeting each body part in need of conditioning, as determined by your personal fitness assessment.
The 30 minute program allows clients to reach their fitness goals in a much more condensed length of time relative to a traditional training program. These programs are successful because the intensity of activity levels are exponentially increased, allowing clients to attain the desired level of fitness over a shorter period of time.
