This meet up is about socializing while enjoying cuisine from around the world (or regional). Each month I plan a menu around a cuisine, members sign up for a dish and we have a meal in my home. I will also host seasonal events like cookouts and wine tastings.

For the monthly dinner, Each person should research the cuisine and pick a dish to share with the group. We want to avoid over lapping of dishes or having too much food so keep the portions small! As the hostess I will always do an entree and we can have additional entrees depending on the selection for that country or region. Use your research as a time to explore the culinary pallet of the country chosen for the month and enjoy the experience of preparing. If you have visted the country come prepared to tell us about it & teach us a thing or two!
