Although not a therapy group, if you are an adult, over the age of 18, and have ADD, ADHD, or a Specific Learning Disability, or you know someone who does, then the Adult ADHD Support Group of Central Ohio is the group for you! Always free of charge, and facilitated by a highly trained mental health professional with over 30 years of experience, we are a strength-based group that provides a relaxed casual learning environment, offering support and friendship while teaching important skills that will serve you well on a day-to-day basis.
