This group is for adults with ADHD and the people they are close to. We believe that these two groups of people will benefit the most by supporting each other and learning from each other as a single community. This enables us to leverage our relationships and collective wisdom for the growth of each member.

To facilitate this we have a number of community building blocks:

1. Meetings for adults with ADHD

2. Meetings for adults who have a close relationship with an adult who has ADHD

3. Meetings for couples in which one or both people have ADHD

4. Special events where everyone can come together and get to know each other

5. Online discussions on this website
