This is a group for business owners and startups to learn advanced management skills - management 3.0

Let's learn how to be smarter managers

In these meetings we will study the underlying psychology and implicit dynamics that shape and influence the individuals within any organization. These difficult to detect psychological factors set the limits for how well your work force will be able to achieve your business goals.

Management 3.0 is a vision of the future of management. It is about facilitating autonomy, self-organization, and competition without the negative implications of a zero sum game. It is about creating cultures that inspire innovation and collaboration, without envy or knowledge hoarding.

The direct result of this type of system is the ability to do more with fewer people and the ability to attract and retain a higher caliber of talent.

Creating remarkable organizations

The goal of management 3.0 is to create a remarkable organization that will outperform competitors. This is done by introducing advanced dynamics that can instigate a company wide chain reaction of individual improvements and new group/ team capacities.

In these meetings you will be taught how to have your management and employees working at a level of exceptional performance and constant innovation under extreme market pressures. We will look at how to:

  • increase efficiency through improved communications and knowledge transfer
  • create measurable changes in productivity and performance
  • create a company culture that fosters commitment and creativity

We feel that these kind of results require an expert in organizational psychology which is several levels above normal business management consulting. This is why we call ourselves advanced management consultants.

Our meet up leader will be Atma who is an organizational psychologist. His expertise has been drawn on by one of the big three motor companies, start up firms, non-profits and municipal programs.

Visit his blog for The Atman Group to read posts on Adnavaced management 3.0 and industrial psychology.
