We live in one of the most amazing places on the planet - the Bay Area! Getting outside to enjoy nature, while connecting with our buddies is amazingly healthy exercise for the body and mind.

This group invites people of all ages and abilities to more safely and completely enjoy the outdoors through a variety of meet-ups.

Whether you're a hiker or walker or sea kayaker or (fill in the blank), we'll be announcing all kinds of events from Yoga on the Beach to hiking amazing trails locally and farther afield.

Most, but not all, of our events focus on using poles for hiking, walking, balance & mobility. We'll feature hikes as well as pole clinics and seminars. The Bay Area is astounding for it's diversity of terrain and adventures.

Whether it's a last minute idea or a long range plan, please feel free to join us or to submit your own idea!
