Adventures in Dining exists to explore new culinary frontiers in and around Las Vegas. We are a group committed to exploring the unknown. If there's a taco truck in the middle of North Las Vegas with the best tacos in town, we will be there!
Sometimes our adventures will pan out. Sometimes they will not. PLEASE BE ADVENTUROUS!
We are on a quest to try new cuisines and sample a wide variety of dishes rather than simply eating. This is not a group dedicated to dining out, no. We are a group dedicated to sharing food in different settings and pushing the envelope. Food, in this case, only acts as the vehicle to a great experience. We ask for a level of patience as this is an ADVENTUROUS DINING EXPERIENCE.
Chefs, chefs-in-training, gourmands, foodies, chowhounds, produce snobs, those who seek only the best in ingredients, daring gastronomes, exotic spice seekers. We like slow food, organic/locally sourced foods.
We're the anti-fast food, join us.
Please help us maintain the integrity of the group. This is NOT a Singles Meetup. If you meet someone at one of our events, great. But please don't make that your only purpose for joining us.

!Viva Mexico! The Springs Preserve just got its world rocked when they decided to host a Dia de los Muertos Celebration. Little did they know, Latinos would come out to represent in numbers they've never seen before. They estimated the crowd at 5,000 and they realistically had at least 5X that amount. Read more
