Professionally guided hikes, bike rides (road and off-road), kayaking, rock climbing and more. Most events take place in various locations on Long Island and are 2 hours in duration. Several all-day events take place within a 2-3 hour drive from Long Island. Get a great workout in while breathing the fresh outside air, meet great people with similar interests and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding us all.

Separate programs for kids (age 10+), women and family events.
