Aeriform Arts 6 Week Fitness & Aerial Boot Camp is a one of a kind program for people of all fitness levels and sizes. Whether you are looking to tone, lose weight, build strength or gain additional confidence – we will help you get there. The program is designed to reduce body fat, sculpt muscles, increase endurance, stamina, strength and flexibility all while working out in fun classes. We provide a supportive environment of motivation and encouragement to help you gain the confidence to exercise and live healthy!
AERIFORM ARTS 6 WEEK BOOT CAMP INCLUDES:
- 4 TRAINER MEETINGS to evaluate your needs, set goals, take photos, record weight/measurements and receive your Juice Cleanse. (Sun. April 14th 4pm, Sun. April 28th 4pm, Sun. May 12th 4pm, Sat. May 25th Final Weigh In 2:45pm)
- 3 DAY JUICE CLEANSE to jump start your Boot Camp Experience!
- 3 CLASSES A WEEK (Chose 1 Aerial Yoga, 1 BUTI & 1 choice of either Pole/Cirque or Hammock Class – classes are scheduled for the same time each week and ALWAYS OPEN for a total of 18 classes!)
