I prefer smart terminology and descriptions, and there are MANY that will argue that cement based buildings are not green. I disagree... if there is any green thing in the world, it's a building that will last as long as the Pantheon, as Roman Concrete from 2000 years ago is still holding up. Probably the smartest and longest lasting buildings ever built.
