Lean Metrics

Ben Starr will talk about the metrics he used on a team he led that implemented a Kanban system (cycle time, flow efficiency, value add/failure load/transaction cost/coordination cost, etc). He will talk about each metric including what it was, why it was useful and roughly how it was gathered as well as the benefits that the metrics provided and learnings from using them.

Following on from this will be general discussion or some short lightning talks - contact the organisers if interested.
