We've had agile health checks for several years now. Just Google it and you'll find many to choose from. If you look closer, you will see that most of them focus on agile practices and roles. While these aspects are surely important, they are only one small window into the health of an agile team. Join agile coaching thought leaders Lyssa Adkins and Michael Spayd to get a more expansive view, an Integral Agile view, into assessing the health of agile teams. You will experience the four windows of Integral Agile. You'll also see how your own biases and talents restrict the holistic view needed to maximally help agile teams move toward greater health.

Since 2004, Lyssa has taught Scrum and Agile Coaching to well over a thousand students, coached many agile teams, and served as master coach to scores of apprentice coaches. In both one-on-one settings and small groups, she enjoys a front-row seat as remarkable agile coaches emerge and go on to entice the very best from the teams and organizations they coach. With ACI, she has had the pleasure of training over 2,000 people in the skills and mindsets of great agile coaching. Prior to agile, she had more than fifteen years of expertise leading project teams and groups of project managers (she was even a PMO Director — twice!), yet nothing prepared her for the power of agile done simply and well. She believes that agile is more than an alternate project management methodology and is passionate about deepening the roles in agile – specifically agile coach and agile manager – to help agile move into its fullest expression. She hold an alphabet soup of certifications: Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), ICAgile Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB), Organization and Relationship Systems Certified Coach (ORSCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is also a trained Co-Active Coach and Leader. In 2010, she authored Coaching Agile Teams: A Companion for ScrumMasters, Agile Coaches, and Project Managers in Transition.

In a word, Michael Spayd's professional work is about transformation. He have found that he is wired to help people–and systems–change. He is drawn to cutting edge ‘technologies’ for coaching and developing organizations, leaders and teams. As an organizational change coach and consultant for 20 plus years, he has worked with Fortune 1000, small businesses and non-profits. For 13 years he has specialized in large-scale Agile transformation, working with numerous organizations, leaders, and scores of teams.
