The aim of the AgileDenver Agile Coaching SIG is to provide a specialized community within Agile Denver that focuses on Agile Coaching. Those who play an Agile Coaching role, whether formally or informally, as well as those who are aspiring Agile Coaches, are encouraged to attend. The group emphasizes an "individuals and interactions" approach to sharing knowledge, experience, and networking opportunities. Examples of topics at gatherings might be: Agile Coaching skills, typical coaching hurdles, special guests, book reviews and discussions, experience reports, conference reports, Agile techniques, and Agile Coaching laboratory experiments. Examples of Agile Coaching laboratory experiments that the group might take on would be playing an Agile game, running a coaching dojo, trying a new retrospective technique, peer reviewing conference submissions, or collaboratively experimenting on other Agile Coaching interests.
