The Agile Mindset

It has been 4 years of agile adoption in Egypt since the GoAgile initiative started. More than 700 practitioners were introduced to concepts of agile software development, and many teams undergone agile adoption efforts or profound organization transformation experiences.

It's time to get back and think together, what is the Agile Mindset like? and in our agile adoption pathway, have we become closer to such flexible and adaptive mindset?

This meetup is divided into two parts:

First, we will review how agile enables flexible change management. We will review the experiences with companies implementing flexible planning and change management techniques and will get your input of experiences moving to agile. We will also tackle issues related to technical excellence and how it enables agility.

Second, this meetup brings back most (if not all) agile practitioners of Egypt. It's a kernel of efforts of agile adoption in Egypt, and our near objective is to revive the Agile Egypt Conference and organize the biggest annual agile conference in the region in Q4 inshaAllah. To do this, we will use this meetup to bring out and show up your experiences in agile software development; and give (or rather stimulate) you to share your experiences with the community. We will talk about this for a while. We will collect topics interesting for you, and will get to know you more so that others can benefit from your experience.
