Has been working in Agile Environments for over seven years. Started working in Elsevier in 2005 just before they made their move into the Agile world. Was involved with Agile Project Management from there and has been in the field ever since - occasionally venturing into Business Analysis, ScrumMastership, Trainer and Project Rescue roles where needed. Has been involved in 4 different organisation Agile transformations, most recently in O2 with EqualExperts where they have transformed a team of less than 40 with myriad delivery issues into a team of almost 200 with an excellent delivery record in just 2 years.
