22nd Athens Agile/Scrum Meetup

Hi agileans,

on Thursday 26th of November we will have our monthly meetup.

This time, we will host two talks about experiences and lessons learned from agile adoptions. These two cases are on purpose of different scales. A large scale agile adoption (big technology center) as well as an effort to apply Scrum at a much smaller scale (startup). We will have the opportunity to learn and discuss about the best ways not only to start but also about how to keep on track a journey towards agile fluency.

7:30' - 8:40' Small break

8:40'- 8:00' "How to not start Scrum as a small team with no experience" by Antonis Kalipetis (https://www.linkedin.com/in/akalipetis), CTO at SourceLair (https://www.sourcelair.com/home). Antonis (https://twitter.com/akalipetis) will share with us experiences and lessons learned during their effort to adopt Scrum.

8:00' - 8:10' Small break

8:10'- 8:30' "Key success factors in a corporate agile adoption" by Xavier Albaladejo (https://www.linkedin.com/in/xavieralbaladejo). Xavier is a very experienced Agile-Lean coach and will share with us experiences from large scale agile transformations.

8:30' - 9:00' Socializing (pizzas & beers)
