As the world progresses, business is becoming more competitive, society is demanding more social consciousness, and employees are demanding higher pay. Many organizations provide little to no support in these areas.
The Agile Leadership Initiative (formerly the Agile Leadership Network - DC) is a community for those that want to build their leadership skills with specific emphasis on Agile and business.
Our top objectives are to:
- Provide a forum and community for Agile leaders to get the information they need to successfully adopt and evolve their organizations
- Create a network for connecting top leaders with the organizations that need their expertise
- Promote positive disruption in business and society
