This session will present the first of a series which will look at various approaches to scaling Agile beyond a single software development team.
This session will specifically discuss SAFe (http://www.scaledagileacademy.com/). It will contain an overview as well as a session for QA.
Once again we are grateful to The Apartment who have provided us with a venue free of charge. As always, we ask members to contribute to our rent by taking advantage of the bar, they advise that a grazing menu will be available on the night.

Would have liked more discussion about the practical challenges of implementing SAFe

Would people be interested to take the discussion deeper into another level and talk about some real life experiences? If so, I am happy to host a session.

Definitely! Would appreciate that.
Chris - great idea - can I schedule you in? I'll chat to you offline...
I enjoyed the event - thanks for welcoming me into the fold :-)

Really good meetup, I think the idea behind a series of these is great idea, and well presented by Ben. A useful intro to the SAF diagram, and some good insights into how it can work (or not). Thanks to Ben, Peter and everyone else who contributed.
I'll aim to start around 6.15pm and be finished with the overview part by 7pm. The Q & A will probably continue over a drink to two.

Looking forward to tonight's discussion, I've put together an overview for us to talk through and you should bring any questions along also. See you tonight!

Thought I'd share this article with everyone as it's an excellent take on the challenges of scaling agility and it might help stimulate discussions during the meeting:http://www.leadingagile.com/2014/08/encapsulating-value-streams-object-oriented-enterprise/
