Edgy Agile things that you may not have heard of

Pretty much the opposite of Agile 101.

A sharing session of more edgy and obscure Agile ideas and practices that you are actually using or you did use with your teams that may find useful.

We will welcome everyone from 5:30 and kick off at 5:45.

-First part to identify some practices and tricks we want to share.

-Second part to work as small group on the idea through short iterations.

-Third part on presenting to the crowd as lightning talks (5 minutes) + discussion
