Members Only Workshop: Attributes of High Performing BAs

Details
BAs are a funny bunch. We have a diverse range of backgrounds, skill sets and possibly the most difficult role to explain to people outside of the industry. So how do we go about assessing and developing ourselves as BAs if there isn’t a consistent understanding of what we do?
By asking both BAs and their stakeholders “What makes a good BA great?” Andrew has developed a list of attributes displayed by high performing BAs with some surprising (and not so surprising) results.
This facilitator-lead presentation and workshop will explore these attributes and generate practical approaches for BAs to develop and adopt high performing skills and behaviours.
Come along and share your experience with the BA community and leave with an action plan to take your BA career to the next level!
Benefits of Attending
These two-hour workshops are hosted at organisations that employ BAs; are organised as a benefit for IIBA members as well as BAs working at the host organisation; are free to attend; are opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills rather than networking events; and are designed to count towards your education hours (if you are working toward your CCBA/CBAP application) or as CDUs (if you are already accredited). Space is limited and will go on a first-come first-served basis, so book early
