What if the Executive Chef at The Leopard (Aurora) decided to open a restaurant? Well, this is the place!
Described as "Progressive American Food", here is an excerpt from their web site: "At Peachtree Southern Kitchen, we will be doing cuisine that no one else around here is even approaching: food that is not stereotypically Hudson; It’ll be somewhat of an extension of what Parker’s chef/owner Parker Bosley cooked: local produce, lots of organic ingredients, a vegetarian menu. Yes, we will have the steaks and chops—that’s a given in most restaurants in the area—but everything else is innovative, unlike anything else here. What we will offer on the menu will be tough to duplicate at home.”
We'll order dinner at 6:15-6:30ish, so if you are going to be a little late, that's fine.
For any other hamburger aficionado's, this place is supposed to have fantastic 8oz ground sirloin chargrilled burgers. Mondays are $5 Burger night. These normally go for $10+ on their menu. The rest of their menu is equally mouthwatering, and they also take pride in their vegetarian offerings.
