Alameda East Bay Successful Thinkers: The Art of Intentional Networking

Each week Alameda East Bay Successful Thinkers unites small businesses from all across the Bay Area by providing a unique atmosphere to meet potential customers, create a referral base and mastermind with others to find solutions to business challenges.

This week's featured speaker will be Sahar Kordahi, founder of "The Bright Side of Life". Sahar is a community builder expert whose vision is to inspire people to come together for great unity and collaboration. She was named Women-owned Business of the Year by Women's Initiative for Self Employment and has been awarded the Women of Legacy Award by Powerful Women International.

In her presentation of "The Art of Intentional Networking", you will discover how to avoid the three most common mistakes entrepreneurs make when networking and how to turn your networking leads into paying clients.

There is no charge for the mixer. We only ask that you support the local economy by buying your lunch. We have arranged for a special $12 menu that includes taxes and tip. We encourage you to bring a guest to this exciting new networking opportunity in Alameda.

It is great not to work for corporate America!

If one has one's own corporation, or one's own business... if someone works for you, are they working for corporate America? Is it a size of biz perspective, or a form of biz question, or a positioning in biz question, involved in the expression that it is great not to work for corporate America? Just some things I am mulling over, and your expression sparked my thoughts. Thanks in advance for sharing.
