Do you like to spend a lot of your free-time in the great Alaskan outdoors? Looking for like-minded people to have fun with?
This group is for folks who are into all kinds of outdoor activities. We cover a broad variety of sports, from single to multi-day hiking & backpacking trips to mountain/road biking, and kayaking/rafting adventures.
During the long winter months we also offer the typical winter activities as skiing (XC, alpine, back-country), snowboarding and snowshoeing.
Got a great idea for a trip but don't see it posted yet, let us know and we'll try to make it happen.
While the general focus of most outings will lean more toward activities of an 'intermediate' skill level, beginner's are certainly welcome to join the group and post (or request) more entry level activities.
So, come on join us and let's go outside and play!
Please note: people need to be self-sufficient and responsible to join any of these outings since there are no 'group-leaders', just a loose bunch of folks getting together to have fun!
