Hi everyone, and welcome to the Albany Area Kayakers Meetup group!
This area offers many fantastic opportunities to paddle. I'd like to encourage both travel trips and keeping events local as well. If you'd like to post events, please send me an email requesting to be an Event Organizer. Please be considerate of organizers and other members. If you have RSVP'd "yes" and then are unable to attend, please update your RSVP. You are responsible for your own safety and PFD's are mandatory on all outing.
Our purpose: To link people who kayak, so that we can go out and paddle, talk about paddling, share skills, experiences, places to go and generally have fun.
Messages: The message board is intended for anyone interested in kayaking or paddling in general.
