"It is so beautiful and so peaceful afterwards. We do some easy exercises to relax our body and then focus on our breathing. This helps us relax more and go inside. Then we have a guided meditation about the earth and peace...."

"We pray and send energy to places on the earth that need it, like the middle east and North Korea. Then we have a personal goal too, like praying for family, friends, or healing. We always feel very peaceful afterward."
