Welcome to Alexandria Happy Hour Meetup Group!

The happy hour tradition is alive and well in Alexandria! Alexandria Happy Hour Meetup Group is intended to be an apolitical, non-partisan, social group bringing together people from all walks of life, varied backgrounds, and the full range of beliefs. You can count on us meeting every other Friday night at 6:30pm for happy hour in and around Old Town Alexandria. There are lots of great bars in Old Town! That said, we're open to suggestions for happy hour venues around the DC-NoVA area. After a few hours, we usually continue the party and at other nearby bars...so come help us decide where to go next. Say "TGIF" and meet some new friends over a cold one.

We'll also meet on any other day/night for fun and frolic as suggested by any of our fun-loving group members. Some past meetup activities: DC101 Chili Cook-Off and the Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival at National Harbor. Let's make this town our own!
