This is the Tantra Anonymous group originally affiliated with the true Ormes Temple, a temple without walls, dedicated to the teaching, coaching and sharing in tantra interests.
This groups runs tantra workshops at entry level and beyond.
Entry: Covers the history and understanding Tantra.
Solid understanding of the Chakra System.
Several Pranyamic Breath techniques
Clearing meditations: to clear distorted/repressed
energies keeping you from maximizing joy.
Thermal Orbital Warming Meditation: Getting in
touch with Life Energy from the root to crown.
Introduction to Exercises/Asanas: for flexibility
to release frozen energies at pelvic level and
restore the flow of Life Energies from the root.

Introduction to Sexual Considerations for
heightened intimacies, prolonged ecstasy

This workshop will be followed by others introducing various topics including but not limited to:
Heighten Intimacies, Sexual Magik, Self Realization and Self Actualization, The path of enlightenment through the course of pure appreciation of our "being."
