I’m excited to announce that René Oswald, Registered Nurse, Advanced Practitioner of Health through Diet, Nutrition, and Exercise, and author of Transitioning to Living Cuisine, will be here June 2nd and 3rd to present the Living Food Weekend Workshop. She’ll prepare over a dozen living food recipes that everyone will get to sample. She’s even going to make her delicious Saving the Planet Pizza!

This Living Food Weekend Workshop offers 16 hours of inspirational instruction, delicious demos, an informative shopping tour of Life Grocery highlighting raw food products and supplies used in a raw food kitchen, belly laughs with fellow health seekers, and all your questions answered.

René wants to insure you receive personal help in improving your health, so class size is limited to only 15 people. This class goes from 10AM-6 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Come join the fun as you learn Rene’s time-saving tips on making deliciously healthy food tasty, economical, and easy.
