We are members of All About You! Wellness BootCamp (www.AAYBootCamp.com) who like to get together on the weekends to hike. All are welcome to join us (whether or not you are a BootCamp member).
These weekend hikes are a great way for us to add one additional cardiovascular day to our exercise routine. Plus, it's a great way to get to know each other better, support one another and exchange ideas about nutrition, healthy eating habits, exercise, weight loss, etc. Basically, we can talk about all the awesome information we're learning in BootCamp and help each other implement what we learn into our every day lives.
We want to emphasize that those of us who are coordinating these hikes are not trained professionals - we're just a group of friends who like to get together to hike and we welcome anyone to join us. So you always participate at your own risk!
