No need for "The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner" anymore!
All distances and speeds are welcome. We have a variety of runners from the casual, recreational runner, to speedy 5Kers, marathoners and ultra-marathoners.
The group has some regular weekly runs, but we are planning on building that up to include runs for most days of the week, and where possible to have a run in the mornings and evening for weekdays.
The group also provides a forum for sharing ideas, asking questions and finding the best resources for running.
The group is sponsered by, and is a part of, the All Out Running Club.
