Murder Mystery Book Club (Chino)

The book we'll be discussing tonight is "Down the Darkest Road" Tami Hoag.

Post comments on THIS page for "Down the Darkest Road."

Did you miss this one? That's OK, our next book is "Guilt" Jonathan Kellerman. Buy it, read it and we will meet in October.

The easiest place to buy is amazon.com

I will choose a murder mystery each month and let you know the next few book choices.

Please post comments as you read - about your thoughts on the story so far. Try to post at least once a week so we all know who is reading with us.

We'll meetup every 4 -6 weeks over drinks (coffee or other) to discuss the book we've just read.

Sounds fun doesn't it?

Our next few books are

Sandra Brown - The Witness

Micheal Connelly - Scarecrow

Yes, I really like Hoag's writing style. Unlike Patterson, Hoag keeps you jumping. I'm leaning toward Leah. In the 11th Hour, as soon as the character was introduced I knew she was the killer.

Did not like the Tammy Hoag book at all. I thought it was poorly written, uninteresting and generally Not worth the time it took to read. The author threw the end together in an attempt to bring the story to a close but it was feeble at best. Ugh!

Harlan Coben is a good author. Chelsea Cain also...has a series with Archie.
