Welcome, Allegria Members!

Allegria means joy. We are a novice group of ladies who come together to motivate, encourage, and learn from each other about Living Healthy/Balanced Lifes: Cooking Healthy, Growing our own herbs, fruits, and veggies. Exercising and creating healthy meetups and a support group for weight loss/management. We will be meeting in The Woodlands (College Parkway/Hwy 1488) vicinity, Magnolia (Honea Egypt vicinity) and Magnolia proper (1488/149) vicinity, and occasionally in Tomball.

We meet once a month at a restaurant in Magnolia/The Woodlands to discuss our progress and to discuss our quarterly book selection. We also meet once a month to tend to our community garden in West Magnolia. We meet 3x a week at a walking trail in the back of The Woodlands. We also meet once a month at the organizers home to "Test Kitchen" healthy recipes. Those are our monthly meetups. We also organize stuff in between.

We are all novices to this lifestyle. No one is a expert. Don't feel intimidated or shy about joining us! We all have something to offer and contribute. This is a womens only group.

No personal solicitation or networking permitted.

To become a member: You must post a profile picture of yourself and answer all of the profile questions. You must attend a meetup within a month of becoming a member to remain in the group. Members are strongly encouraged to atleast attend a meetup a month or atleast be active thru our Message Board.
