"It takes a village to raise a child" and a strong support system to empower you to make great decisions along the journey. Focus? Empowering Single Mothers through Spiritual Enlightenment, Health/Wellness, Financial Freedom, and much, much more.
Some of our moms are looking for a social network and some our looking for support. We are in fact a support group for single mothers from all walks of life. Our organization is strives to meet the emotional, spiritual and financial needs of over 200 mothers and their children in the Twin Cities Metro area – and the demand keeps growing. We currently offer our members free access to workshops and classes promoting career growth and legal aid, as well as many other topics. We also offer charitable events such as secondhand baby showers, food, toy and clothing drives to assist our members who are struggling financially.

Last year Alone Together provided holiday gifts for several families and hosted a holiday pot luck. It was a lot of work, but it was totally worth all of our efforts!!
This year, the proposed holiday event entails members pulling together to provide second hand holiday gifts for each other and for our children. There are enough toys and other consumer products already in this world, right! Read more
