A group for same sex parents, gay and lesbian parents and really all moms and dads who may not fit into the typical mom meet up groups.

Hi I would really like to first start out by saying I want to allow everyone to be a member of our group. Alternative Parents is about making friendships for our Infants, toddlers and School-Aged children as well as ourselves.  We will be having meet-ups once a month and Parents-Night-Outs.. Lets stay connected and use this group as a way to vent to each other on the discussion boards and stay close like family. The focus is on getting our children socialized but also having a good time and making friendships for a lifetime.Alternative Parents is for any parent that may not fit in with a specific group or maybe is looking for a group that doesn't judge you for your family situation.

*Lets just not do meet-ups lets become a part of a family that stay close, connected and can count on one another.

In our group- all of the parents can make the meet-ups and can help plan each event so we can all work together to have a lot of fun!
