Produce a specific mission statement and set achievable goals.

I simply pulled the time and place out of a hat. There is tons of parking and a reasonable menu. Cocktails, beer and wine are offered as well. It's an open space restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. I'm told that we can pull together some tables in a corner or an area away from other diners. It's a very good central location with easy access to routes 26 and 526. I was originally going to set the date for Monday the 18th. After thinking about it I determined that was not much notice. I think we need to meet soon so I chose Thursday the 21st. That leaves the weekend for any plans and the time of 7:00 pm should allow plenty of time so as not to have to rush from work.
